Enterprise Country Manager at Google India Private Limited




Job Description:As an Enterprise Country Manager you will be responsible for defining, executing and owning the strategy, execution, and revenue delivery for the Enterprise Business in India. Leading and managing a sales team, you will be accountable for delivering the revenue for Google Enterprise products including Apps, Search and Googles Geospatial solutions. You will work with cross functional teams including Partners, Product Sales groups and Product Management to accelerate strategic business opportunities. Responsibilities: Define go-to-market sales strategy for our largest most complex sales situations across all Google Enterprise products and partner channels. Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and guidance to members of the India Enterprise team. Identify and groom future sales leaders of the organization. Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with sales management, product management and product marketing to identify and attack large complex opportunities. Establish key relationships with US Product Management to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities. Own and drive a revenue number on a quarterly basis, manage pipeline, reporting and systems needs to ensure full visibility of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum qualifications: BA/BS Degree. In lieu of degree, 10 years relevant work experience. A proven record of sales and sales management success in a complex sales situation 7 years in a sales management role with responsibility across India Preferred qualifications: MBA Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at C levels within prospect companies. Strong experience with working across a channel ecosystem including Systems Integrators Deep knowledge of complex sales, strong understanding of the technology market and a passion for Googles Enterprise offerings Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

Experience Required: 7 to 10 

Education Required: (UG - B.Sc, B.A) AND (PG - Any PG Course)
